What happens after you brief us

1. Within two business days, a partner replies to arrange a confidential call. No junior screening, no sales pitch.
2. On the call, we discuss the role, what it must deliver, the team around it and what the right leader looks like. If we are not the right firm for the mandate, we say so.
3. If we proceed, you receive a short written proposal covering scope, timeline and terms, along with our Service Level Agreement.
4. The search runs with weekly updates. Most searches close in 2 to 3 weeks (passive job seekers) from brief to offer.

What you will not get from us: pressure to shortlist. You see validated profiles, and you decide on their merit.

Confidentiality

Everything you share stays between you and the partner on your mandate. We never name clients on our website, in job posts or during the headhunting process, and we never approach your team without your agreement.
