Who we are. Dedicated HR Services ("DHR", "we"), a brand of Dedicated HR Service LLP, is an executive search and leadership hiring firm, registered office 5th Floor, Hiranandani Business Park, Thane (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through dedicatedhrservices.com.
What we collect
- From organisations enquiring about a search: name, work email, phone, company, the role, its location, and any brief you share.
- From candidates: name, email, phone, current role and company, the role you apply for, and your CV.
- Basic technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through essential cookies and Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To respond to client enquiries, assess candidates for current and future leadership mandates, introduce candidates to clients, and run and secure this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Consent
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this stops further processing but does not affect what was done before.
Who we share it with
- Clients: we share a candidate's profile with a client only after discussing the role with the candidate. In confidential searches we may describe the role without naming the client. Profiles are shared only where the candidate's assessed experience matches the role, and confidentiality is maintained throughout.
- Service providers that run our systems: website hosting (GoDaddy) and email (Google Workspace), under their own data protection terms.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work with clients in India, the Gulf and Middle East, Africa, the United States and South East Asia. With your agreement, your profile may be shared with a client outside India for a specific role.
How long we keep it
Client enquiries: 24 months. Candidate CVs: 24 months, after which we ask whether you would like us to keep your profile; if not, we delete it. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email team@dedicatedhrservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Grievance Officer

Security
Access to CVs and enquiries is restricted to DHR staff who need it. Files are stored privately, never in public folders, and the website is protected by a firewall and regular security updates.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
